Yes, we offer limited garage parking below the building for our two-bedroom apartment homes, along with nine shared EV stations. There is also a maximum height restriction of 5'11". We are also able to offer off-site parking across 20th Street at a reduced fee.

Yes! Our property hosts quarterly events, where you will have the opportunity to connect with neighbors and engage with our broader community. Additionally, we also host an annual pool party celebration to kick off summer as well as a holiday gathering in December.
The Zoe is proud to offer a variety of floor plans to suit every need, with layouts ranging from 428 1,400+ square feet, and in floor plans ranging from Efficiency to 3-bedroom apartments. Our floor plans range from 8 to 12.5 high with select apartments featuring private balconies, over-sized closets, and side by side washer dryers.
Application Process
Yes. Applications are evaluated systematically and may include verification of income as well as screening for credit and rental history, including civil court records for monetary and possession judgments. Credit scores are not factored into our credit screening process. Housing voucher applicants are only screened for rental history.
Yes. Our security deposit ranges from $250 to one month's rent, depending on your credit screening. For specific questions, please contact a team member directly.
